Policies

Obstructed Windows

If a window is inaccessible due to furniture, landscaping, or other obstacles, and we’re unable to safely reach or clean it, we will not be able to complete that window and will not adjust the final price. Please ensure access prior to our arrival.

As part of our service, we’re happy to move large or heavy items (like couches or tables) away from windows to access them safely. However, we kindly ask that you move any small, valuable, or fragile items—such as decorations, picture frames, electronics, or collectibles—before our arrival.

Storm Windows

Pre Damaged windows

We do offer storm window cleaning, but only if the windows are in good condition. If they’re cracked, broken, sealed shut, or extremely difficult to remove, we reserve the right to skip those windows for safety reasons.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to pre-existing issues such as cracked glass, dry-rotted frames, loose seals, or improperly installed windows, screens, or hardware. Pre-existing damage to screens, including tears, warping, or brittle frames, is also not our responsibility.

We always handle your property with care, but if something’s already damaged, we’ll do our best to point it out before starting work.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we try to be as flexible as possible. However, to keep our schedule running smoothly, we have the following policy:

All cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, regardless of when they occur.
Your first reschedule is free — no fee will be charged if you need to move your appointment once.
Any reschedules after the first will result in a $30 rescheduling fee.
